Happiness is something we can cultivate, grow and build. Psychology of Happiness for Individual Thriving is a rich learning experience grounded in a highly practical and scientifically based approach to understanding happiness and how it can apply back to work and life. Radical Self Care Online 6 Week Program
Radical Self Care Program uses mindfulness techniques and self-compassion practices to increase body awareness and help you get in touch with cues such as hunger, satiety, stress, emotion and fatigue. We will work on accepting where you are right now while tapping into your strengths to help you get where you want to be.
SoulCollage® is a unique and fun way to combine pictures that you are intuitively drawn to. It can be relaxing and fun as well as deeply moving as you create surprisingly meaningful collages.
Vitality Coaching
Individual vitality is core to being in flow and thriving. Vitality coaching guides individuals to explore and uncover the pathway to their fullest potential. Our approach is tailored to your needs and desired outcomes. We have our Vitality Coach guiding the process, Elizabeth Misener.
