The retreat will be grounded in a highly practical and scientifically based approach to understanding mindfulness and the important connection to a thriving life.

Core Learning Areas

  • What is Mindfulness? We will examine the many facets of mindfulness, the role mindfulness plays in a thriving workplace, and how mindfulness changes the brain.
  • Mindfulness Strategies: We will introduce strategies to cultivate mindfulness in everyday living including strength awareness, emotional intelligence, unlocking creativity and radical self-care strategies.
  • Making it Last: We will build an understanding of the importance of rituals for lasting change. The brain science and other important research will be examined, along with the application to work and life.
