Give yourself the gift of a day to explore what areas in your life could use more balance. Where are you giving too much? Where are you giving too little? What parts of you are being expressed? What parts need a voice? This is an opportunity to slow down and nurture yourself for a full day. You will have space to relax, play, be creative, connect with others, enjoy healthy food, explore gentle movement and have the space to tap into your body’s intuition.
During this day, we will be using a powerful technique called SoulCollage® which is part of a worldwide organization aimed at helping individuals discover a deeper understanding of themselves.
SoulCollage® is a unique and fun way to quiet your left brain “thinking mind” and step into your right brain creative side using a simple method of combining pictures that you are intuitively drawn to. It is a relaxing and fun experience and you end up creating surprisingly meaningful collages. NO ARTISTIC ABILITY REQUIRED.
Intentions for the Day:
The collage cards you create can serve as a beautiful road toward self understanding and self compassion. When you turn your intuitive attention toward balance, you begin to accept all parts of yourself and unlock the potential for better health, stronger relationships and living life with a sense of ease and purpose.
