Intentions for the Day:

1.To provide a warm, inviting, rejuvenating space to nurture and nourish yourself
2.To shed light on your connection with your body and your intuition
3.To explore what spring possibilities will support your growth
4.To gain a new appreciation for the power of images to elicit emotion and insight
5.To introduce the gift of SoulCollage® which can provide a continued route of creative expression and self discovery        after  long after the retreat

Desired Outcomes:

The collage cards you create can serve as a beautiful road toward self-understanding and self-compassion.   When you turn your attention toward your quiet inner voice, you can connect to your body and unlock the potential for better health, stronger relationships and living life with ease and purpose

Date: Saturday May 09, 2020  10:00am-4:00pm.

Location:- ONLINE using Zoom. You can participate from the comfort of your own home! All you need is a computer or smartphone, a good internet connection, some old magazines, scissors, glue and a sense of adventure! Lunch break from 12-1pm
