Vitality Coach and Facilitator

As a Registered Dietitian my vision is to empower individuals with the knowledge and
tools to nurture their bodies for the long run. Every body is different and an important first step is learning how to listen and respond to our physical cues, hunger pangs and cravings.  My hope is to inspire individuals to set up healthy rituals that are nourishing, energizing and practical within our busy lifestyles. My training also includes certification as a SoulCollageĀ® Facilitator.
