The Mindfulness at Work Retreat is designed for women leaders that are focused on cultivating mindfulness to enhance their experience at work and in life. The retreat will be grounded in a highly practical and scientifically based approach to understanding mindfulness and the important connection to a thriving life.

Core Learning Areas

  • What is Mindfulness? We will examine the many facets of mindfulness, the role mindfulness plays in a thriving workplace, and how mindfulness changes the brain.
  • Mindfulness Strategies: We will introduce strategies to cultivate mindfulness in everyday living including strength awareness, emotional intelligence, unlocking creativity and radical self-care strategies.
  • Making it Last: We will build an understanding of the importance of rituals for lasting change. The brain science and other important research will be examined, along with the application to work and life.

Desired Outcomes

The desired outcome of the Mindfulness at Work Retreat is for participants to leave with clear strategies to cultivate mindfulness and increase overall well-being as a leader with improved engagement, productivity, self-care and overall performance in the workplace.
