Meghan Kirwin founded Vitality at Work with a single focus of supporting individuals and organizations to thrive.  Meghan has completed a Masters in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier, a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology and is in the final year of a Masters in Science in Applied Positive Psychology at University of East London, England, with a focus in the area of mindfulness.

Group Structure
Through an interactive on line learning environment a small group of six to eight people will learn and grow together. The group will meet once a week with each session being 1 1/4 hours in length. Meghan Kirwin will be the lead facilitator for the program.

Each session will involve discussions about the research and application of the learning to your work and life.  The Virtual Learning Environment will allow for a very interactive learning experience and allows us to see each other during our live sessions.  In between sessions the facilitator will provide you access to important reading and videos in the topic area for that week. You will need access to a computer with a webcam and phone for each session.

The program will run Mondays from 12:00 - 1:15 pm.

The Mindful Living Program is a four-session learning experience focused on cultivating mindfulness to enhance every day living. The program is grounded in a highly practical and scientifically based approach to understanding mindfulness and how important it is to a thriving life.

We will explore the facets of mindfulness, practical strategies to cultivate mindfulness, how to rewire our brains, and examine how mindful living supports wellbeing and flourishing in life.
