The Mindful Living Program is a four-session learning experience focused on cultivating mindfulness to enhance every day living. The program is grounded in a highly practical and scientifically based approach to understanding mindfulness and how important it is to a thriving life.

We will explore the facets of mindfulness, practical strategies to cultivate mindfulness, how to rewire our brains, and examine how mindful living supports wellbeing and flourishing in life.

Meghan Kirwin founded Vitality at Work with a single focus of supporting individuals and organizations to thrive.  Meghan has completed a Masters in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier, a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology and is in the final year of a Masters in Science in Applied Positive Psychology at University of East London, England, with a focus in the area of mindfulness.
