This session is part of the Science of Happiness series focused on bringing the research and application of positive psychology ("science of happiness") to work and life. Mindful Conflict will explore how practicing mindfulness in times of stress can impact our ability to engage in healthy and productive conflict. The techniques explored in this workshop will allow your relationships at work and in life to flourish, even during the most challenging times.
