                            MBSR Booster 4 Week Program

Program Outline: 

This program provides an opportunity to reconnect with our inner world so that we can navigate our outer world with more awareness, compassion and wise response.   Over the 4 weeks we will review core MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) practices and concepts.  We will also explore new content related to mindfulness, heartfulness and positive psychology. Participants will be encouraged to commit to a daily mindfulness home practice throughout the program.

Spring Session

Dates/Times: 4 Consecutive Tuesdays 6:30pm-8:00pm

Fees: $99 + HST per person

Fall Session

October sessions will be at Rivermead Stone Church. 19 Cedar St. Eden Mills Ontario.
 Fees:  Program Fee: $250+HST per person  (If the cost is prohibitive, please reach out to us for options)

Who should attend?
Anyone who is familiar with MBSR practices and has/had a regular mindfulness dailypractice.   Space is Limited to 12 participants.  We believe in the transformative quality of small group engagement.  We ask that all participants commit to attending all 4 sessions.    


Meghan Kirwin, MBA, MSc Meghan is one of the co-founders of Vitality at Work. She has a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Leadership and Organizational Behaviour. She also has a Masters of Science in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London with a focus on mindfulness.  Meghan is completing her MBSR Teaching Training at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto.
